All casino tours are payable at time of booking.
Day Tours are due & payable 30 days prior to tour date or the seat will be released.
Day Tours involving train, boats, meals or admissions are due and payable 30 days prior to the tour date.
Some Overnight Tours may require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to the tour date.
Seats not paid 30 days prior to tour date will be released.
Tours such as the Skagit Casino Tours can sell out well in advance.
You can be put on the wait list, at no extra charge, and we will make every effort to make seats available on a first come basis.

An ETA Tours waiver fee guarantees a full refund on all trip payments in the event of a cancellation for any reason, with notification of at least 24 hours prior to day tours and at least 72 hours prior to any overnight tours. This excludes the cost of the waiver fee itself.
Payment of the waiver fee must accompany the initial deposit or full payment, which ever comes first and are non-transferable!.
This waiver fee does not cover the cost of the increase from a double/twin booking to a single booking. For if the individuals traveling companion cancels for any reason, the additional cost of the single supplement will be deducted from the refund amount
The waiver does not include any medical or baggage coverage.
Refunds will be made within 30 days.

Prices listed are on a per person basis and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes are included in the cost of most tours.
In the event it becomes necessary or advisable, for the well being of passengers, or for any reason whatsoever to alter the itinerary arrangements, the tour operator shall endeavor to obtain comparable arrangements. Such alterations will be made without penalty to the tour operator.

Any passengers paying the senior’s rate on any tour, it is their responsibility to have their Gold Card available for inspection at the ferry terminals. If we are checked and you do not have your card, you will be required to pay ETA Tours the ferry passenger fee.

All passengers must carry proof of citizenship, such as passport, birth certificate, or citizenship card plus an additional piece of picture ID (i.e.: drivers license). Landed immigrants MUST have the new residency card.
ETA Tours accepts no responsibility for problems or expenses caused at a border crossing and no refunds will apply.

It is the passengers responsibility to obtain insurance. ETA Tours assumes no responsibility for uninsured passengers.

A minimum number of passengers are required on specific tours. Should it become necessary for ETA Tours to cancel a tour for any reason, it will be done expeditiously and refunds will be made promptly

Every viable effort has been made to ensure that the information in the brochure is correct at the time of printing. Circumstances beyond our control may alter the itineraries and/or prices described.

Carrying cases may be brought on board the bus and are the responsibility of the passengers.
Maximum care will be taken to ensure safe handling of luggage, however, ETA Tours does not assume responsibility for any lost or damage items.
